SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

The Washington Park Community School Governing Authority will conduct a special meeting of
the Board on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be conducted at
Washington Park Community School – 4000 Washington Park Boulevard, Newburgh Heights,
Ohio 44105.
The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss and/or take action on board policy, the School’s
sponsor contract, the renewal of that contract, and a successor sponsor contract as well as an
executive session to conference with an attorney to discuss pending or imminent court action and
possible board action regarding court action to follow.
