The mission of Washington Park Community School is to produce scholars who are good citizens in school, in the community and the neighborhood in which they live and the world that they share.

We are a virtue-centered and child-centered school committed to academic excellence, emphasizing attention to being and becoming just, wise, courageous, persevering, responsible, generous and caring citizens. Emphasis is also placed on the importance of public participation through civic action and community service.

These are the values and goals that this community school will instill in the young minds of tomorrow’s leaders.

Washington Park Community school was founded in 1999. We are located in Newburgh Heights, Ohio and serve students in kindergarten to eighth grade.
